At the hospital. The wait comes to an end.

We arrived at the hospital around one o'clock this morning.  They took a bunch of blood and ran a few tests.  We got maybe an hour of sleep.  Surgery has already been backed up to 1:30.   

After weeks of waiting, the wait now comes down to a few hours.  I feel good.  I feel relaxed.  I feel safe.  I feel confident.

Now more than ever we need your prayers.  Pray for the doctors.  Pray for the donor family.  Pray for my wife.  Pray for me.

Thank you for all your love and support over the last several weeks.  They have gotten us this far. Just a little while longer and we can start our new life.
