We crammed 25 hours worth of fun into 24 hour days, so I won't even attempt to tell you about it in chronological order. So here are the highlights.
- Most of the weekend was spent in the boat, or at least by the boat. The first "excursion" took us about 50 feet from the dock, never going more then 5 MPH after midnight. Our two subsequent journeys on the boat took us to two different "party coves". Imagine 40-50 boats anchored in a cove and tied together in several different groups. Music is blaring and there are more people in the water on floats then in the boats. Not to mention the that there are also more coolers then there are boats.
- One morning, despite a full day in the party cove the day before, a few of us got up early and went for a hike at the nearby state park. It was a short, but challenging hike with lots of hills, sheer rock faces and cliffs, and waterfalls. It was well worth it.
- Saturday night was Jimmy Buffett night at the pool at the resort. In the time we were there, the DJ played 2 Buffett songs. Not exactly what we were hoping for.
- Taco night is always a hit.
- My wife loves sparklers.
- Sunscreen actually works when you put it on.
- One day while floating in the water, someone asked us; "Did you see those two idiots climbing that waterfall on the way here?" Those two idiots were me and one of the other guys on the trip.
- I would like to apologize to the woman sitting next to me on the plane on the way there. The air on the plane was broken and we were stuck on the runway, which turned the plane into a sauna. Add to that the fact that we had to walk on the tarmac to the plane and then walk up the steps carrying three carry on bags (one was M's), and I was a sweaty mess. I walked off the plane wearing different clothes then I walked on with.
- It has been over a year since I have been able to go wakeboarding so I was a little worried when I got in the water. I got up twice without a problem and was able to get in and out of the wake no problem as well. Every body else who tried wakeboarding also got up. It was great.
- One night we went to the drive-in to see "The Hangover". Very Funny.
- Sandwiches are great when you make them for the boat and actually remember to bring them on the boat instead of leaving them in the refrigerator.
- Birthday cake is an acceptable food for breakfast.
- Coke floats and Gatorade sinks.
- We are so lucky to have such great friends.
- Four words that will forever take on a new meaning: I'm On A Boat.
- I took almost 1000 photos this weekend. I am sorting through them later and will post some tomorrow.

Weekends with the Schultz's are never dull! Can't wait for a baby playdate on the boat!
