Murphy's Law

You have heard them before.

• Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
  
• It is impossible to make anything foolproof because fools are so ingenious.
• Left to themselves, things tend to go from bad to worse.
• Rule of Accuracy: When working toward the solution of a problem, it always helps if you know the answer.
  Corollary: Provided, of course, that you know there is a problem.
• Nothing is as easy as it looks.
• Everything takes longer than you think.
• Everything takes longer than it takes.
  
• If anything simply cannot go wrong, it will anyway.
• Whenever you set out to do something, something else must be done first
• Smile.  Tomorrow will be worse.

Well I have another to add.

If it has not rained in what seems like months, and the water in your pool evaporates to the point that the water line is below the pool pump, and you have to fill the pool up with water from the house, it will then subsequently rain for the next 6 days straight, therefore over flowing your pool and forcing you to dump out that same water you just put in.

Just an observation.
