***DISCLAIMER: All injuries are self diagnosed, and I have no history in medicine aside from spending a lot of time in hospitals, so take the below list with a grain of salt.
- Pulled hamstring (softball)
- Strained upper back (dodgeball)
- Screaming knees (Hiking in Puetro Rico) If you are not familiar with this injury, it occurs during a steep hike either up or down hill. At the point of injury, your knees scream at you out of pain with every step you take.
- Bruised Ribs (Wake Surfing)
- Sore lower back (Wake Boarding)
- Wii Elbow (Wii boxing kicked my butt.)
- Sore forearm (Bowling. Please stop laughing.)
- At last a dozen cuts and scraps on my hands (Rock Climbing)
- Broken Finger (Boating. OK. Not exactly boating. The boat was in the garage on the trailer. I was climbing out of the boat and my finger got caught in the cleat. My body came down to the ground, my finger did not.)
I know it seems like a long list, but considering the fact that I was laid up in hospital recovering from surgery six months ago, I am actually disturbing proud of this list.
