For the last three to four months I have been attempting to eat as much as was humanly possible to gain weight. Sometimes that meant eating things that were not exactly "healthy" for me. That comes to an end tomorrow. I told myself that I would continue to gorge myself as much as possible until I had to return to work, and then it was time to start eating healthy again. That is not to say that I will not indulge myself from time to time, but my days of waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage and toast for breakfast number 1 (I have been typically eating breakfast twice a day) are gone. It is a banana and orange juice for breakfast for me tomorrow. So as I prepare myself for this new "healthy" eating, I would like to look back at the foods that I will miss the most.

...and I wonder why people are calling me fat.
As I wipe a tear from my eye, and drool from the side of my mouth, I turn my attention to the organic fruits and vegetables and other healthy food that will now become my life. There goes another tear.
