We are just about set to tackle the drive from Tampa to Miami for the weekend. Although it is only a six hour drive, it is our first long drive with Braydon, and it is through a brutally boring section known as Alligator Alley that cuts through the Everglades.
We have a good reason for the trip. The Cubs. Despite the fact that they are hopelessly out of the playoff race, we are heading down to see them play the Marlins for the weekend. As a special bonus, we are staying at an Embassy Suites while in Miami. Some one might want to give them a heads up that we are coming. Braydon and I just might eat our way through there breakfast buffet (not to mention Melissa at the complimentary Happy Hour).
