The drive down to Miami and back wasn't all that bad. We made it through the Everglades without incident and where able to get into Miami even though we forgot our passports. (If you have ever been to Miami, and I mean Miami, not South Beach, you will get that joke.)
The Cubs games were everything I could have asked for. Friday nights game had great seats, perfect weather and the Cubs won. For Saturday's game, we somehow got the only seats in the entire stadium that were in the shade, and for a early afternoon game in South Florida, that was a must. Miraculously, the Cubs won that game too. Which means that Braydon had been to two Cubs games ant they have won both. Coincidence?
