Little B's First Flight

Little B's first flight is in the bag, and all-in-all, it was a huge success. Considering we were on the plane for over five hours, and he fussed for a total of 15 minutes, we were all very happy and relived.

We of course got our share of looks of dread as we walked onto the plane, even more so from the people around us as we got to our seats. We did our best to make friends early however.

Once we got to our seats, we gave every one in the seats in front of us, behind us and next to us, a little goodie bag. The bag included a set of ear plugs, a free drink coupon, some mints, and Jolly Ranchers, along with the following note;

Traveling Friends,

My nickname's Little B, and try as I might,

I realize we've all got a really long flight.

I'm going to try really hard to be cute and to sleep,

But I apologize ahead of time should I make a peep.

So here's some ear plugs candy, and coupon for a beer.

Our flights will land soon, new friends have no fear!

This certainly helped smooth things over early, and Little B followed it up by sleeping for a good portion of the flight, and over all being very content.

So we are now settled at our hotel. From our window we can see The Strip in the distance to one side, and the silhouette of the mountains much closer to the other. Any guess where I want to go?
