BIG Trip

I have mentioned before that I do not have a bucket list, but If I did, I would likely be getting ready to cross an item off the list.

Tommorrow we leave for Hawaii. And yes, when I say we, that includes Braydon. So yes, Braydon will be on the 11 hours worth of flights it will take to get there. Going out there, we are breaking it up into two days. But I am choosing not to think about the flights.

Instead I am focusing on the destination. We have never been to Hawaii, but every person we have talked to that has been, has raved about it. It should be another one of "our" trips, with a mixture of relaxing beach and poolside, with some adventure day trips. I have been scouting out different hiking trails, and Melissa has been getting her books and magazines ready for the beach.

We will be in Maui for a full week and then a brief 4 day stop in Kauai before heading home, but like I said, I am not thinking about that yet.

Over the course of this blog, we have been to many places both within the states, as well as other countires. None of those trips compare in distance or length as this one. I dare say that the anticipation of this trip may exceed all previous trips as well.
