That's a First

Over the years we have had many adventures and misadventure while traveling. We have been lost on countless occasions. We have been stuck in strange foreign cities with no money and been forced to ask strangers to spare a few coins for bus fare. We have taken the road less traveled and then taken a wrong turn. All of these misadventures may have had there moments of tension, but in the end, we would not have it any other way.

But even for us, this is a first.

This morning we woke up in Agoura Hills, CA, where were scheduled to spend the next three days. Tonight, we are going to bed in Phoenix, AZ.

Now Phoenix was always on the itinerary for this trip, but only for one night on New Years Eve. We have had schedule changes before, but not to this extent. There was not much tension involved, just a lot of logistics of having to change around three reservation simultaneously with a noon check out time as a deadline.

The schedule change did involve a six hour car ride today, but we are resting in our room now ready for a good nights rest. Throughout all of our craziness, Braydon was a champ all the way. Never cried or whined. Just went with the flow.
